The Eighth Beef Package is a popular option for newcomers to buying beef and for those who have limited freezer space. It requires approximately 2 cubic feet of freezer space to find a home for the estimated weight of 50-60lbs of different beef items. Customers have told us that they often wish they had purchased more after ordering this package.

The package consists of:

• 25% steaks: rib steaks, t-bones, sirloins, tri-tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & cube steaks
• 35% savory cuts & roasts: chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat
• 40% premium ground beef.
  • To ensure the best flavor and tenderness, the beef is dry-aged for 14-21 days.
  • All the items are vacuum sealed and labeled with names, then flash frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor for +18 months in your freezer!

Two Payments: Two payments: Pay the down payment of $350.00 online and then make the final estimated payment of $500.00 +/- prior to shipment estimated.

Note: Our cattle do not adhere to our requested weight requirements sometimes. So, if the 1/8 side of beef is less than the 50lbs your final amount due will be adjusted. If however it is heavier than the 50lbs, you will be contacted for approval for the additional lbs. If you want a max of 50lbs that’s fine, it’s up to you. But we give you the option.
